Sing Honeycomb Core is environmentally friendly, more sustainable than wood, made with no harsh chemicals, and is proudly produced in the USA.

Sing Honeycomb Core ship in 12" by 48" sheets.

The applications for Sing Sandwich Panels include Garage Doors, Woodworking, Furniture, Tiny Homes, interior and exterior home construction, and metalworking.
The Standard Sing Sandwich Panel is EPS Foam.
Sing Honeycomb Core is environmentally friendly, more sustainable than wood, made with no harsh chemicals, and is proudly produced in the USA.
DIMENSIONS:
Sing Sandwich Panels come in the following standard sizes at the corresponding prices.
Option 1: - 4' x 8' Sing Sandwich Panel. 1 & 3/8th inch thick. = $480 Per
Option 2: - 4' x 8' Sing Sandwich Panel. 1 & 3/4th inch thick. = $680 Per
UPGRADES:
Upgrading to Marine Plywood Skin is recommended for Panels that will have exposure to the elements. Pricing = $100 price increase.
An upgrade to Urethane Foam brings an added level of density to the panel, increasing the overall strength and insulation levels of the Panel. Pricing = $50 price increase.

Plywood Skin = 1/4 inch on each side.
Total Thickness of Panel = 2.25 inches.
Edging = 1.25-inch Solid Wood on all 4 sides.
Untrimmed.

Panel Pricing is subject to the number of panels ordered.
1-2 Panels = $950 Each
3-4 Panels = $750 Each
5-20 Panels = $450 Each
